If that’s the case, why didn’t the Supreme Court rule against LBJ when he first instituted Medicare and Medicaid 42 years ago?

You’re just grasping at straws and *hoping* the Supreme Court will overrule Obama’s new health care plan.

But the truth is, the President and the government has the right to regulate commerce–which is binding and legal under the US Constitution.

This also includes regulating health care.

how can i find extremely cheap vacation packages?

i am a poor college student, but am looking to get away sometime in february with a friend.

im interested in about a 3-5 night vacation, preferably somewhere near the ocean. a place similar to cancun mexico or a tropical-type place would be ideal.

however, my budget is very low. i am hoping to find a package where the airfare and hotel combined are about 400 dollars or less per person. is this unrealistic?

what are the best websites that can really help me find a good deal? most of the websites i’ve browsed so far are either hard to navigate or give me outrageous prices.

That’s odd. With the drug related violence in Mexico tourists are staying away in record numbers and the travel industry is an absolute disaster. You should be able to find incredible deals. Perhaps try some of the resort websites directly and kayak.com almost always comes up with the best airfare available.

Vacationists or vacationers or what?

HI,

I run an online travel agency (renting villas and hotels) and i wanted to display in my website how many users are online, but instead of the usual ” we have x users online” i wanted to put something like ”we have x vacationists online” is that correct?? because they are not actually on vacations yet they are just looking… what would be the perfect word for that??

Firstly, I would say “Potential vacationers/vacationists”, given that they are only potential travellers and are not actually on vacation yet.

Secondly, “vacationers” would be closer to grammatical correctness but “Vacationists” is more quirky and unique so I would go with that to set you apart from the crowd.

They have very good vacation package deals. Some hotels even have breakfast included with the package. That always helps. We go to the Pacific Beach Hotel. Right across the street from Waikiki Beach. Very good buffet breakfast in the Oceanarium Tower.

Where can I get cheap Disney World vacation packages online?

I actually live in the Orlando area so I have been to Disney World quite a few times, but this time from July 3rd to the 5th, we wanted to stay at a hotel. I been looking online for packages for 3 adult tickets for 3 days and 2 nights at a hotel (not even the fancy ones at the Disney World resort) and they usually are $1,000 and up.

Does anyone know of any good sites I can go to for cheap vacation packages?
